A Campaign Close to Our Hearts

With Jake’s legacy of strength and perseverance as their inspiration, Kate and Carey rallied our community to raise an incredible $25,000 for heart disease research and prevention programs. Their dedication reflects the foundation’s commitment to health, resilience, and making a difference beyond athletics.

Celebrating at the Heart of New York City Gala

The campaign culminated in a memorable night at the 2024 Heart of New York City Gala, where Kate, Carey, and their husbands (Jeff and Mike) celebrated this collective achievement alongside fellow advocates. It was a powerful reminder of how community-driven action can save lives.
